Scallop Edge Punch, White Stampin’ Emboss powder And the sentiment is from the Stampin Up rubber stamp set ( Best Yet . Hostess level one from last catalog – no longer available ) I also used the cricut cartridge Storybook  and used Whisper White cardstock.
