Mojo Monday #97 Bronc Buster

I tried to go with a masculine look this  time around.  step out of my box a little bit. It was harder than I thought it would be. I kept wanting to bling and pretty it up. I think If I were to do this again I would choose brighter happier colors.   If I find the time in the next couple of day’s I may try this sketch again.

 

I used CTMH paper ( bamboo ) Stamp sets:  Bronc Buster,Fresh Fillers & A Little Something . Ink : staz on  I used the staz on to color my Hodgepodge hardware piece ( it works great) then I dusted off my sewing machine and stitched around a bit.  I also stamped the fresh fillers around the bottom half of the card. and added a couple of big brads.

Color Throwdown #52

I thought I would try a few challenges. I have seen Catherine have fun with them. So why not?!

I went with the ColorThrowdown first.  The colors are Certainly Celery, Chocolate Chip and Perfect Plum

I used Stampin’ Up paper. I also colored in the  flowers and leaves on the Chocolate Chip DSP with  Stampin Up markers

I cannot help it. I think the skunk from Pun Fun is sweet. makes me smile. It’s the stamp I go to the most from that stamp set.

Popsicle Mojo Monday #96

I wanted to use the cricut so I grabbed two cartridges. Storybook and Doodle Charms. I used the popsicle from the doodle charms cartridge and the flowery scallop to frame the circle I made with the spellbinders large circle die. The DSP is CandyLane. Cardstock is Very Vanilla and for the ribbon I used the retired riding hood red taffeta. I also used the boho blossoms punch as well as the 1-1/4 and 1- 3/8 circle punch. added a dew drop on the sentiment circle and stamped the sentiment from Think Happy Thoughts in Chocolate Chip.
